So I tend to doodle when I'm listening. But I really am listening. I promise.
These are a few recent margin sketches, letters, and the like...
Sarah, my co-worker
We were on a video conference call. Neither of us were saying much.
This is a fancy letter P, isn't it?
Dave, the intern
Dave was a panelist at a conference. Suddenly, I knew I could draw his face. And I did. It was his profile pic on Facebook for a while. I take that as a compliment.
Benefit Display Sketch
The head of development couldn't visualize what the creative director was talking about on a conference call, so I sent her this, and she got it.
New York City is full of 'em.
For work, we're having an event at MoBiA. It's the Musuem of Biblical Art. I'm going to do a site visit on the 19th. All very boring. But the resulting doodle turned out to be pretty cool. Kind of spacey, organismish.
Face with floating letters
No one in particular.
Nice glasses, bro.
Why did the word lunch become the side of a submarine? Only my subconscious knows.
He was on the video call, and boom.
I'm not sure what kind exactly. Maybe a killer deer?
are you tired of the letters yet? because I am not.
This and That
But that's what doodles are, right?
Also, I can't believe you're still looking at these.
I'm bored, and I drew them.
